The taste contains juicy white peach flavors, with some apricot nuances, a touch of lime and some spice on the finish. This is an easy to drink wine. Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, and Gewurtztraminer. Sandy, clayey and chalky soil. Great as an aperitif, as well as with all kind of Asian foods, fish, chicken and pasta dishes.
