Verd, Jean - Signed Book "Gabriel Faure" 1958 Autographs Pianists Tristan und Isolde and LohengrinFrench pianist (1886 ?), well known for his exquisite recording of Gabriel Faurs music. Verd had a short career that ended at age 37. Biography book "Gabriel Faure" by Philippe Faure Fremiet (Faures second son with Marie Fremiet, born in 1889), signed by Jean Verd on page 2, inscribed and dated in 1958. Full book, 242 pages, printed in 1957, in excellent condition. A very rare autograph.
